Asakam alaikum everyone i'm so happy to be one of those Allah called them to do hajj 2024 and i'm so lucky to be with Hasan travel the best people i have ever. I had 3 hajj times before 2013, 2015,2019 This 2024 is the best more organized more helpful more under standing since day first Hasan Travel and Al Burj team with us step by step from Mekka to Mina to Arafa to Mozdalifa to Madina they provide us all kind of the best service especially our guider Sister Zakiya may God bless her she was always the best friend, sister, daughter. Provide all with information helping us to feel happy. First thanks for God to give me chance to see UK group AB4000 may God bless all and accept their hajj. There are many Hajj tour operators across the U.K. however, Hasan Hajj was a name that kept cropping up from those who had previously been for Hajj - they seemed to have an undeniably formidable reputation. I took the first step for my Hajj 2024 journey by registering my interest with Hasan Hajj and a 2nd provider, Al Rajhi (I didn’t proceed with the latter - not because I hadn’t heard good things but because I had heard more info and detail about Hasan Hajj’s service). I received an email notification from Hasan Hajj approx 2 months prior to Ramadan advising me that I should register with the Nusuk app and complete/upload all the information requested for my bio (name, address. DOB, image, passport info, passport copy, passport size image). Once this had been done, there was an online seminar which was held advising us on how to navigate the Nusuk app. I found the process to be a little challenging however, I went to the Hasan Hajj Office and met with the Logistics Manager and one of Spiritual Guides. They explained the entire process to me (shifting, non shifting, premium, luxury, costs, benefits of group flight vs customs flights, etc). They even gave me a tutorial on how to checkout when the Nusuk system goes live for payments/booking packages. So when the system had gone live for bookings (mid-Ramadan), I had a very good idea of how to login and checkout with minimal fuss and giving me the best probable chance for a positive outcome and Alhamdulilah, I managed to book during Phase 2. Hasan Hajj were in touch to check bio info and package booked aligned. They did the same when the e-visas were issued and again when the group flight tickets were issued. There were several seminars about 6-3 weeks prior to departing for Hajj. These were on the Heritage of Hajj, objectives of Hajj, fiqh and adab of Hajj. They also covered what to pack for each part of Hajj, the religious rulings, FAQs with Q&A sessions as well as spiritual advice. The team clearly had bags of experience stemming as far back as 1978. They could speak a variety of languages (English, Arabic, Urdu and Bangla). They were polite, patient and customer focused. And this continued to be the case throughout the entire trip. From London to Saudi and back, they held our hand every step of the way. There was no information overload and they were super helpful and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team and I heard from other pilgrims upon returning from Hajj about their experiences with their providers and they were envious. Alhamdulilah for the experience and may Allah accept everyone’s efforts and grant us Hajj Mabroor. Aameen. Well done Hasan Travel & Tours - absolutely owning this space. Hats off to you all. Elite service. I went for Hajj and the experience was made infinitely easier due to the support of Hasan Travel. Why? They guided us throughout the nusuk platform with very informative graphics, phone support and seminars. During hajj we were guided with informative, clear and with empathy. As individuals varied in their state of health and knowledge. The choice of hotels were selected to best suit the pilgrim and it really did enhance our ability for worship, making prayer at the masjid everyday feasible. I strongly recommend them, and if there's any doubt, just call them. Talk to them and others who have used them. Their experience is unmatched. They're lead by a team of very knowledgeable and experienced guides, you will not be disappointed!  

Alhamdulillah, I have completed my Hajj this year, May Allah accept it and accept the efforts of all who helped to make it possible, including the Hasan Family and their team, a professional family run team who were always ready to help pilgrims even before the stage of booking through the Nusuk system. From the initial contact stage Brother Muhtadi was there to give guidance and support on getting registered on the system, they held several webinars prior to the booking date to guide people through the logistics of the booking process as well as be on hand during the manic rush when the website went live, they were there to provide instant support. In preparation for the Hajj journey itself, throughout the Hajj days and after, they spared no effort to make sure everyone was catered for and looked after and had guides available throughout all the rituals. From the brilliant spiritual guides Sheikh Mishkat and Sheikh Abul Kamal to the logistics of transport from entry to Saudi and exit after Hajj was well planned to make best out of a huge operation. From the choice of hotels and comfortable transport arrangements, they ensured we could rest well when we had the opportunity to do so. I am so pleased with the way my Hajj went through the help and dedication of the Hasan Hajj team, I would highly recommend anyone to go with this highly experienced operator and emphasise the importance of knowing who you are going to Hajj with before you get there and where you can rely on them. I can definitely say I could rely on them. I will go to Umrah with them again, Insha'Allah

Myself and my husband were fortunate to go to hajj this year. We booked our Hajj, through Nusuk hajj 2024. Which was very stressful. Because when the Nusuk booking went live, there was too much overloads online, and it kept on chasing. Anyway, after a stressful booking, we managed to get the package we wanted mashallah. Now I want to talk about our guides. We had a Hasan Hajj team, and I don't know where to start from. Hasan hajj is a family business that is based in east London. The whole family was so helpful throughout the whole journey of our hajj. They made it nice and easy for us. My whole hajj journey was amazing. They organised the whole hajj package very carefully. Starting from Jeddah airport to Makkah hotels, mina etc. They are very knowledgeable and we could just rely upon them. Most importantly, they had males and female guides, and everyone of Hasan hajj family members was an amazing guide. Mishkat's sister was a guide for us ladies. But it would've been better if there was another female guide from the UK with them, because we all ladies were depended on her and she was amazing. She really helped me and my husband too. I would recommend the Hasan hajj team to all my family and friends. If Allah wills me to go to umrah hajj in the coming future I will go with them. I was blessed to go to Hajj 2023 / 1444 and after the debacle of booking through Nusuk I was allocated Hasan Travel & Tours as our guides. Nusuk didn't provide us with a choice in the process of selecting the guides and we were concerned as we are based near Birmingham and Hasan Travel & Tours is in London. Once the handover was completed from Nusuk to Hasan Travel & Tours all my worries disappeared. The communication from the Hasan team which is a family run business was great. We managed to attend in person the training seminar to understand the itinerary and the rights, you could really feel the love and experience when the Hasan team spoke in order to ensure we have a successful Hajj. Once on the ground in Saudi Arabia the Hasan Travel & Tours team were great, always had a smile on their faces with insightful reassuring words and you could tell we were an extension of their family. The Hasan Travel & Tours team can speak multiple languages, primary English but others include Arabic, Urdu, Bengali etc which is great as if there are any issues on the ground they can use there wealth of experience to remediate. I will be using Hasan Travel & Tours for my future Umrah journey as I couldn't have asked for a more helpful, accommodating, and awesome family to carry on my spiritual journey InshaAllah.

We’ve known about Hasan Travels for years now as through mutual friends and very pleased that we went with them. I was actually trying to book for my mother in law and thought that we wouldn’t be able to go. However, I saw a post on my friends profile and thought we could go and was not joined with my mother in law but my parents and aunt aswell. Alhamdulillah 13 of us received our invites. From the very beginning brother Muhtadi was very helpful with all questions and making the booking process a seamless process. We were quite worried about travelling with children and brother Muhtadi helped with all our concerns. We also had an Umrah seminar to prepare us all. This went through everything we needed to know about performing Umrah. This was really well delivered by brother Mishkat. Our Umrah was an unforgettable experience. May Allah reward you all for your guidance. We bonded with our group really well and met our new Umrah family 💙 May Allah invites us again and to perform Hajj, InshaAllah. My only feedback would be it would have been amazing to have a female guide for areas where we couldn’t mix with men. No complaints at all. My 7 year old recites the umrah duas by heart and says she remembers Sheikh Mishkat doing it. May Allah reward you abundantly.
