No. Hajj places for UK pilgrims are booked only through the official Nusuk Hajj platform run by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and a travel agent cannot book a Hajj visa for you. What we do is guide you: register your interest with us and we will help you find the right packages on Nusuk and keep you updated.

Only book a Hajj place on the official Nusuk Hajj platform, and be cautious of anyone offering to sell you a Hajj place directly. For Umrah, make sure your operator is ATOL protected, as the UK government advises, and avoid paying by unusual routes such as cash to a stranger.

The full balance is due 40 days before departure. If your departure is within 40 days, full payment is due when you book. Please read our Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges and payment details.

When your booking includes a flight, we issue an ATOL certificate with your booking confirmation. Please check that the details on it are correct and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

Each package page lists exactly what is included. Our guided packages typically include return flights from London, hotels in Makkah and Madinah with buffet breakfast, full ground transport, Ziyaarah, a qualified religious guide, a pre-Umrah seminar, an Umrah pack and guidebook, and an eSIM. Yes, we arrange your Umrah e-visa as part of the package. Passports other than British can carry a surcharge, which is shown on each package page. Visa fees are non-refundable.

You need a passport valid for at least 6 months from your return date, a recent colour photo on a white or light grey background, and a copy of your ACWY meningitis vaccination certificate. Foreign passport holders also need their original residence visa or permit, valid for at least 6 months from the return date. Women and children who do not share a surname with their Mahram need a marriage or birth certificate. Please get your documents to our office at least 30 days before departure. Yes. Saudi Arabia requires proof of the ACWY meningitis vaccination, and the UK government advises having it at least 10 days before you arrive. Ask your GP or a travel clinic, and check the TravelHealthPro guidance for Hajj and Umrah.

Saudi Arabia requires Umrah and prayer permits to be arranged through the Nusuk platform, as the visa only grants entry to the country. Our team explains what you need in your joining pack and at the pre-Umrah seminar.

You choose your room type when you book, subject to availability. Each package names its hotels and the walking distance to the Haram or Masjid an-Nabawi. We cannot guarantee a Haram view room unless the package page says so.

Yes, we highly recommend it. It protects you for medical care, delays and lost baggage. Your group leader will help you reach medical care if you become unwell, and you should bring any regular medication in its original packaging.

Most pilgrims take a few hundred pounds in spending money for extra meals, snacks and gifts, along with a bank card. Tell your bank you are travelling so your card is not blocked.

The Saudi riyal is pegged to the US dollar, so its value against the pound moves with sterling. Check a live rate before you travel. There are many money exchangers near the Haramayn in Makkah and Madinah, and hotel exchange desks usually give a lower rate.

Take light, modest clothing as it is usually warm. Evenings can be cooler, especially in Madinah, so pack a jumper.

There are laundrettes near the Haramayn in Makkah and Madinah that usually wash and press clothes within 24 hours. Ask your group leader or hotel reception. Hotel laundry services are available but cost more.
